Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Basketball Coach based in Hyderabad. The Basketball Coach will be responsible for coaching athletes, developing training programs to improve player skills, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Daily tasks will include leading practice sessions, observing and assessing player performance, and providing actionable feedback. The role also involves fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring athletes' adherence to the principles of discipline and fair play.
Qualifications
Expertise in Basketball and solid experience in Basketball Coaching
Proven skills in Coaching and Training athletes at various skill levels
Strong Communication skills to convey strategies effectively and motivate players
Ability to develop personalized training plans and organize team activities
Prior experience working in sports academies or grassroots development is a plus
Passion for basketball and nurturing talent in young athletes
Relevant coaching certifications or equivalent experience
