Strength & Conditioning Coach (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

Game Point Sports Academy is hiring a Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach to train students and athletes across our branches. The coach will focus on improving physical fitness, athletic performance, and injury prevention while working closely with sport-specific coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct strength & conditioning sessions for students and athletes
Design age-appropriate and sport-specific training programs
Improve strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, and mobility
Lead proper warm-up, cool-down, and recovery sessions
Ensure safety, correct technique, and injury prevention
Monitor and track athlete progress
Coordinate with head coaches and branch teams
Follow Game Point coaching standards and schedules
Eligibility / Requirements:
Certification or degree in Strength & Conditioning / Sports Science / Physical Education
Experience working with athletes or students preferred
Knowledge of functional training and injury prevention
Strong communication and motivational skills
Willingness to work morning and/or evening batches

Working Hours:

Part-time (flexible shifts based on batches)
