Through small group, expert-led sessions in mindful wellness formats such as Pilates, Aerial Fitness, Classical and Contemporary Yoga combined with Calm Mind Practices such as breathwork and micro meditation, we help you ease from hesitation to consistency.
We have 2 Studios in Bengaluru and are opening our first one in Hyderabad. The team consists of experienced Yoga and Pilates teachers with backgrounds in Physiotherapy, Strength Training and Yoga.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct small group sessions in Hatha Yoga with meditation and breathwork, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Prepare lesson plans and discuss with team members
Manage a team of Yoga teachers regarding their teaching skills, customer feedback and schedule management
Design and conduct workshops and events from time to time in Yoga.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Yoga
Knowledge of anatomy and the ability to design various lesson plans with themes as per the need of the client
Good communication skills and ability to deal with varied situations
Keen learner with a good attitude to learn new skills and techniques

Job Location :  Nanakramguda, Financial Hyderabad
Working Hours :  Mandatory working on weekends (7.00 AM to 3.00 PM or 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM), 8 hours on weekdays with 1 day weekly off
