Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor/Marketing Executive/Tele Caller, located inBHIWADI. The role includes daily responsibilities such as engaging with potential students and their families, educating them about available programs, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with admissions processes. Additional duties may involve counseling prospects, effectively communicating the value of Narayana's educational offerings, and meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and peers.
Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Sales and persuasive communication skills to promote programs and achieve enrollment goals.
Knowledge in Education or related fields for explaining academic programs and providing accurate guidance.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in a related field is an added advantage.
