Cladding Operators

Description   We are seeking experienced Cladding Operators to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in cladding operations, with the ability to operate machinery and ensure high-quality installations. If you are skilled in reading blueprints and are committed to safety and quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities    Operate cladding machinery and equipment according to safety protocols.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
Perform quality checks and inspections on completed cladding work.
Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Skills and Qualifications    3-6 years of experience in cladding operations or a related field, WOL machine experience, clad welding.
Proficiency in operating cladding machinery and tools.
Strong understanding of cladding materials and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in the construction industry.
