Exciting Career Opportunity in Tourism Policy & Consulting
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead impactful tourism development and policy projects with Central/State Government agencies and PSUs.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Technology (B.Tech)
AND one of the following:
MBA / PGDM
MBA in Hospitality & Tourism
Post Graduate degree in Tourism
Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in consultancy services or project execution for Government agencies/PSUs
At least 4 years of experience in tourism-related project
Proven record of managing at least one large project (12+ months) with State/Central Government
Experience in tourism advisory, research, and trend analysis preferred

Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight – Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes for senior authorities
Tourism Advisory – Provide expert guidance on tourism development, policy, and strategy
Research & Analysis – Conduct studies on tourism trends, demand forecasting, and sectoral analysis
Team Leadership – Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective delivery
Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with government departments, PSUs, and private partners
Reporting – Prepare structured reports, presentations, and recommendations
Capacity Building – Support knowledge transfer and skill development within teams
Strategic Input – Contribute to long-term tourism vision documents and policy frameworks
