Responsibilities:
Sales & Brand Promotion:
Promote and represent assigned brands effectively to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets as per daily and monthly plans.
Follow established sales plans and LAG (Look, Act, Guide) rules to maximize sales performance.
Customer Assistance:
Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and engagement.
Store Operations & Maintenance:
Maintain product displays, stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store and work area.
Manage inventory and support restocking as required.
