About Team
We are 60+ member team with 55 people in our Plant in Odisha. We are hiring for a Plant Manager in Balangir, Odisha.
Responsibilities
Manage operations of 10 to 30 staff
Manage inwarding, storage, processing, packaging & dispatch of Powders & Oils - Personal Care products
Ensure Quality checks for all products
Manage orders on Ecommerce like Amazon, Flipkart
Handle packaging and dispatching of orders
Manage inventory levels & order fulfillment
Coordinate logistics & shipping processes
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Should know Microsoft Excel and Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Plant Details
Location - Homeda Plant, Chandanbhati Road, Balangir, Odisha, 767001
Office Timings - 10:00am to 7:00pm
6 days Work week
