Job Title:

Skincare Beauty Advisor

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct personalised skincare consultations: assess skin type, concerns, and recommend tailored regimens and products.
Drive in-store sales and achieve individual KPIs through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and effective closing.
Perform live product demonstrations and basic facial treatment applications where applicable to showcase product benefits.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock levels, and product displays to maximise conversion and brand presentation.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle refunds/exchanges, and keep CRM/customer records up to date for clienteling.
Build long-term customer relationships via proactive follow-ups, loyalty enrolment, and personalised service to increase repeat purchase rate.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven retail experience in beauty or skincare sales, preferably with premium brands.
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product categories, and routine formulation.
Comfortable performing skin assessments and recommending routines for different skin types and concerns.
Familiarity with retail POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
Ability to meet sales targets and maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools.
Flexible to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays; customer-focused attitude.

Preferred

Certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skincare therapy.

Experience with premium or luxury beauty brands and high-touch clienteling approaches.
Proficiency in one or more regional languages to engage a diverse customer base.
