Description   We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities    Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and visual standards of the store.

Skills and Qualifications    1-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
