Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our retail store. The role focuses on driving footfall, boosting sales, strengthening brand visibility, and ensuring effective promotional planning aligned with business goals.
Key
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end promotional campaigns to increase store visibility and sales.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to forecast stock requirements based on marketing plans and seasonal demand.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and local brand ambassadors to promote products and store presence.
Manage outdoor advertising initiatives including hoardings, banners, in-store branding, and local activations.
Plan and execute VTL (Below The Line) marketing activities such as events, mall activations, roadshows, and in-store promotions.
Strategize SKU planning in coordination with merchandising and procurement teams to support marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute brand promotion strategies aligned with store positioning and target audience.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights for improvement.
Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms and touchpoints.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
5–6 years of experience in retail marketing or brand management.
Strong knowledge of promotions, influencer marketing, and offline advertising channels.
Good understanding of retail dynamics, customer behavior, and product positioning.
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Profile
Experience in handling retail or FMCG brand promotions is an added advantage.
