Elahe is India's premier luxury fashion destination offering a refined roster of established and emerging designers. As we scale our online business, we are looking for a merchandiser who thrives in a fast paced luxury environment and can balance relationships, operations and commercial thinking with confidence.

This role requires ownership, coordination and sharp decision making. You will act as the bridge between designers, Elahe and the client experience.

What the Role Involves

Designer Partnerships & Onboarding

● Lead and manage designer onboarding end to end

● Build strong working relationships with designers and their teams

● Coordinate communication, product updates, launches and restocks with clarity and consistency

● Ensure alignment between designer aesthetics and Elahe's brand positioning

Merchandising & Inventory Strategy

● Negotiate markdowns and exclusives where relevant

● Analyze product performance across online channels and stores to identify trends and buying patterns to create seasonal and yearly calenders

Execution & Operations

● Ensure collections go live on time with complete product information and accuracy

● Coordinate with content, warehouse and Sales team to troubleshoot gaps, delays or issues

● Monitor client orders and alterations and ensure smooth execution and communication

● Run periodic stock audits and identify discrepancies or inefficiencies

Internal Collaboration & Problem Solving

● Work cross functionally with e-commerce, design, marketing and retail teams

● Be proactive in solving problems rather than escalating them

● Maintain clear documentation, follow-ups and structured ownership

● Keep the system organised, updated and moving forward without prompting

Ideal Background

● 1 to 5 years experience in e-commerce, fashion buying, merchandising or luxury retail.

● Strong communication and relationship management skills

● Proficiency with Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify is a plus

● A problem solver who can independently find solutions and drive outcomes
