Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Executive located in Rajkot. The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, assisting customers with queries, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining inventory accuracy, processing transactions, and contributing to the overall growth of the store.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
Experience in retail operations and sales management
Basic understanding of commerce and business practices
Collaborative team player with problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Proficiency in inventory management is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management are advantageous
