Store Incharge

Description   We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities    Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient functioning of the store.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in retail management or store operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
