Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their fashion needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on apparel and footwear styles, fits, and current fashion trends.
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store display aligns with brand standards.
Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing, product exchanges, and returns efficiently.
Maintain product knowledge of materials, sizing, and collections.
Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service.
Coordinate with store and inventory teams to ensure stock availability.
