Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive position located in Hyderabad. The Retail Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom, assist them in selecting products, provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs, and handle day-to-day retail floor operations. The role includes maintaining store displays, managing inventory, and facilitating sales to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Experience in Retail Sales and Sales abilities to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty
Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and provide product information
Knowledge of traditional textiles and interest in handcrafted clothing is a plus
Proactive and team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
Prior experience in retail or a related field is beneficial
Ability to work on-site and handle retail operations in a fast-paced environment
