Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:
l Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
l Promote new products and services to customers.
l Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Inventory Management:
l Maintain accurate inventory levels of eyeglasses, contact lenses, and optical accessories.
l Place orders with vendors to replenish stock as needed.
l Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies.
Team Management:
l Hire, train, and supervise a team of optical sales associates.
l Set sales goals for the team and monitor performance.
l Provide ongoing coaching and development to staff.
l Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper store coverage.
Customer Service:
l Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
l Assist customers with selecting appropriate eyewear and contact lenses.
l Address customer concerns and complaints promptly.
Operational Management:
l Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
l Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
l Manage cash handling and register operations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
l Ensure compliance with all applicable optical regulations and industry standards.
l Maintain proper documentation for patient records and lens prescriptions.
l Monitor quality control procedures for lens dispensing.
Professional Development:
l Stay informed about the latest advancements in the optical industry.
l Attend industry conferences and training seminars to maintain expertise.
l Build relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
l Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury industry.
l Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
l Strong leadership and team management abilities.
l Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.
