Steward, Restaurant​/Food Service, Dishwasher ​/ Kitchen Assistant

Location: Lonavla

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance:  Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and service stations; clean utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
Food Service Support:  Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery and glassware, and preparing dining areas for service.
Dishwashing & Storage:  Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools; store cleaned items properly and maintain inventory.
Waste Management:  Dispose of kitchen and dining waste responsibly; maintain hygiene standards in trash collection and disposal.
Assistance to Kitchen Staff:  Support chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and stock management.
Compliance & Safety:  Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards; ensure proper handling of cleaning agents and kitchen equipment.
Team Coordination:  Work collaboratively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Stock Monitoring:  Keep track of cleaning supplies, detergents, and kitchen essentials; inform supervisor when replenishment is needed.
