HEAD BARISTA
Location:
Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Chilaka Coffee is looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee program and barista team as we continue building a strong, coffee-forward culture.
Role Details Designation: Head Barista
Experience:
5–8 years
Must-Have Requirements Proven team handling & leadership experience
Strong hands-on expertise in espresso, brew methods & calibration
Recognised coffee certifications (SCA / equivalent preferred)
Experience in specialty coffee or premium café environments
Passion for training, consistency, and coffee excellence
What You'll Do Lead and mentor the barista team on the floor
Own coffee quality, standards & SOP execution
Drive training, skill development & performance culture
Work closely with operations to scale consistency
