We're looking for passionate barista who enjoy being around coffee, people, and everyday moments done with care.

Experience:

2+ years
This role is for someone who already feels comfortable behind the bar and enjoys sharing coffee with others.
Fluency in English is preferred.

Enjoy talking to guests and making them feel welcome
Are curious about coffee, its origins, processing, and brewing styles
Like spending your day around coffee, learning and sharing as you go

Your day at alag will include:
Preparing espresso-based coffees and beverages from our menu
Brewing manual coffees like pour-overs
Welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu
Sharing stories about our coffee and where it comes from
Taking orders, serving guests, and packing takeaway orders
Maintaining cleanliness of the coffee machine, tools, and work area
Supporting food and beverage service on the floor
Building rapport with guests through calm, thoughtful conversations

Requirements :

Education:

12th pass and above.

Type:  Full Time. On-Site. Day Shift
