Experience:

Minimum 2 years as DCDP

Qualification:

Diploma in Hotel Management

Reports To:

CDP / Executive Chef
Leads:  Commis Chefs
Salary:  As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock movement and ordering within your section
Minimize kitchen wastage while maintaining operational efficiency
Train and mentor Commis Chefs
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Contribute to menu development and execution
Assist other kitchen sections during peak hours
