With a seating capacity of 160, it features three distinct dining areas: a casual dining space, an elegant fine dining section, and a lively rooftop setting.

The in-house bar serves a curated selection of unique cocktails and mocktails, enhancing the overall dining experience. Rustic House offers an inviting environment, perfect for relaxed meals, formal dinners, or vibrant evenings under the stars.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttarakhand, India, for an Oriental Chef de Partie (CDP). The Oriental CDP will be responsible for the preparation and execution of high-quality Oriental cuisine, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Key daily tasks include supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. The role also involves contributing to menu planning, inventory management, and collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative dishes tailored to the restaurant's high standards.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Oriental cuisine preparation, including stir-frying, steaming, and wok techniques.
Experience in menu planning, food plating, and ensuring consistent presentation.
Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior kitchen staff.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and inventory management.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and dynamic kitchen environment.
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role specializing in Oriental cuisine is a plus.
