* Sensory Evaluation:
* Conduct taste tests and sensory evaluations to ensure flavour quality and consistency
Identify and describe flavour characteristics, defects, and improvements
Provide feedback to product development teams

* Collaboration:

* Work closely with RD, marketing, and product development teams to align flavours with brand goals
Communicate flavour concepts and profiles to stakeholders
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source ingredients and materials

* Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure flavours meet regulatory requirements and safety standards
Stay updated on legislative changes and country-specific regulations
Maintain accurate records of flavour formulations and testing
