Role Description
Product Formulation & Development:
Develop and optimize formulations for various dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, powders, and gummies.
Conduct raw material research, ingredient characterization, and feasibility studies.
Perform benchtop trials, pilot plant runs, and stability studies to ensure product robustness.
R&D & Scale-Up:
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and execute technology transfer from R&D to commercial production.
Evaluate new processing technologies and manufacturing techniques to improve product quality and efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all R&D activities, including formulation sheets, batch records, and development reports.
Generate technical documents for regulatory submissions, such as ingredient specifications and stability data.
Ensure all development activities comply with cGMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Quality &

Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest scientific literature, industry trends, and competitor products.
Support the quality assurance team in investigating deviations or non-conformities during production.

Qualifications
Strong laboratory skills with hands-on experience in conducting experiments and analyzing results.
Proficiency in technology transfer and the ability to scale up projects from research to production stages.
Expertise in formulation development and research-focused problem-solving.
Background in Research and Development (R&D) within the nutraceuticals, biotech, or related industries.
Proactive communication and analytical thinking skills to enhance teamwork and project execution.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Nutraceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field; a PhD is advantageous.

Experience with FSSAI and GMP regulations and global standards for compliance is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to innovation.
