Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad, located in Palakkad, Kerala. The Junior Research Fellow will contribute to research projects, conduct literature reviews, develop methodologies, and compile and analyze data. The role involves documenting research findings, preparing technical reports, and assisting in the preparation of research papers and presentations. Collaboration with faculty members and research teams is an integral part of the role.

The selected candidate will also be required to assist in laboratory experiments and ensure compliance with research ethics and standards.

Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to conduct literature reviews and compile/analyze research data
Proficiency in writing research reports, technical papers, and academic publications
Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and experimental research methodologies
Technical expertise in relevant software/tools and programming languages as required by the project
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with research teams and mentors
Master's degree (or Undergraduate Degree) in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Prior research experience and knowledge in the specific project domain will be an advantage
Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and adhere to ethical research practices
