Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant position based in Gaya. The Research Assistant will be responsible for supporting and conducting experiments in the laboratory, gathering and analyzing data, and contributing to ongoing research projects. Daily tasks will include performing laboratory techniques, assisting in research processes, interpreting experimental results, and maintaining detailed documentation for studies.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience in conducting experiments.
- Strong Research capabilities, including literature review and designing experiments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Data Analysis for interpreting scientific findings.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage workload independently, and aptitude for scientific innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with pre-clinical and clinical research processes is an added advantage.
