Key Responsibilities:
Conduct R&D for new products in Nutraceuticals/Food Ingredients in powder and liquid forms.
Optimize formulations and functionality to improve product quality, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Monitor, evaluate, and interpret data across all phases of product design and development.
Lead R&D projects focused on innovative food product development.
Conduct research on new ingredients and their applications in food products.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Application R&D for food ingredients.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and ingredient functionalities.
Experience in optimizing formulations for both liquid and powder food products.
