Position: Programmer Analyst , Sensory and Consumer Experience
Location: Prakāshamnagar

Overview

This role will partner the Experience Consumer Research team located in India Capability Center (ICC) to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of Sensory Consumer Experience. This role will apply technical expertise to design and program Consumer Research studies, and coordinate with in-market ICC employees, to develop clear plans for projects to be completed on-time, in-full and on-budget with proper quality controls in place.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Program Manager, Sensory and Consumer Scientist, and vendor to design and program each Consumer research study, while ensuring best practices.
Leverage existing global EXP Consumer Research Transformation processes and protocols and implement to drive time and cost efficiencies.
Lead questionnaire generation- applying silver (AI) ready data tags. Ensure questionnaire is approved by EXP category scientist.
Program questionnaire into Eye Question software. Generate study design (i.e. sequential monadic, monadic), serving order for number of consumers, blinding codes and share with field work agency and Category Lead.
'On call' during field work in case system issues arise.
Close out study once field work is complete and share with Data Analyst.
Partner closely with Program Manager & Category Lead to identify new methods and processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Work visibly & transparently in Microsoft Teams and other office 365 tools.

Qualifications

BS in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Data Science, Sensory science, Statistics) preferred, background in statistical analysis techniques, Sensory, and processes a plus.
5-6yrs experience in quantitative consumer research, designs/ systems
Working knowledge of sensory and statistical analysis programs
Ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information.
System:
Eye Question, Lab Vantage, O365
Good communication skills - oral and written (e.g. communication on telephone, external and internal to Pepsi Co, managing with other support group functions, etc.)
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
Fluent in English
