AM R&D Executive

Location: Pātan

We are seeking an experienced  AM R&D Executive  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing chemical reactions, monitoring their progress, and optimizing conditions to ensure high-quality output. This role requires a hands-on approach to research and development, including scaling up products and ensuring all activities are meticulously documented.

Roles and Responsibilities    Plan, set up, monitor, and work up chemical reactions.
Monitor the progress of reactions using standard analytical techniques such as  TLC, GC, HPLC , and  LCMS .
Isolate products and optimize reaction conditions to improve yields and output.
Purify compounds using various methods, including  chromatography, distillation , and  crystallization .
Characterize and identify compounds using techniques like  UV, IR, NMR, LCMS , and  GCMS .
Ensure the parallel execution of multiple reactions conducted by yourself and the team.
Scale up  R&D  developed products to a kilogram scale.
Coordinate with senior team members to manage and deliver projects on time with high-quality standards.
Perform regular lab duties, including equipment maintenance, chemical inventory, and lab clean-up.
Document reactions and research findings accurately in lab notebooks to ensure data integrity.
Participate in project meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Skills Required    Proven experience in planning, setting up, and monitoring chemical reactions.
Proficiency in a variety of analytical techniques, including  TLC, GC, HPLC, LCMS , and  GCMS .
Expertise in purifying compounds through methods like chromatography, distillation, and crystallization.
Experience in scaling up products from R&D to a larger scale.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and data integrity.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
