Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lyo Engineer/Incharge based in Hyderabad. The Lyo Engineer/Incharge will be responsible for overseeing lyo preparation,lyophilization processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining equipment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring lyophilization cycles, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals. The role also involves preparing reports and maintaining documentation for quality assurance purposes.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of lyophilization processes
Experience in operation and troubleshooting
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Diploma/B pharmacy/ M pharmacy /
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
Previous experience in the pharma / biopharmaceutical industry is a plus
