We are looking for an experienced Manager – Production to lead our plastic extrusion operations based on advanced German technology. The role involves driving efficient plant operations, ensuring product quality, and building a high-performance production team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee end-to-end production operations and ensure optimal machine utilization

* Lead and manage plant manpower, shift operations, and productivity improvement initiatives

* Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and regulatory compliance

* Drive continuous improvement programs such as 5S, TPM, and Lean manufacturing

* Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to meet production targets

* Focus on process optimization, waste reduction, and cost efficiency
Candidate Profile:

* BE/B.Tech in Plastics / Polymer Technology / Petrochemicals / Mechanical Engineering

* 15+ years of experience in plastic extrusion or polymer processing

* Minimum 5 years in a managerial role leading production teams

* Strong exposure to plant operations, people management, and productivity models

* Candidates currently settled in Bengaluru or willing to work from Bengaluru preferred
