Role Description

We're looking for a motivated  VMC Operator and CAM Programmer (Trainee)  to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have basic knowledge of CNC or VMC machine operations.  Comprehensive hands-on training  will be provided to build your technical expertise in both VMC operation and CAM programming.

Qualifications  - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related fields  EXP - 0-2 yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VMC machines as per production plans.

• Set tools, load components, and make necessary offsets and minor adjustments.

• Assist in CAM programming and toolpath generation after training.

• Maintain quality standards by inspecting parts using basic measuring instruments.

• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure a safe, organized workspace.

• Support senior operators and engineers in machine setup and process optimization.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related fields (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in CNC/VMC operation or basic CAM knowledge.

• Must have basic computer operation skills (file management, basic softwareuse).

• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn advancedmachining and CAM techniques.

• Minimum commitment of 2 years is required.
