(MES Functional Lead)
Responsible for supporting and managing  Manufacturing Execution System (MES)  operations in the manufacturing environment. Work with business teams to understand production requirements, coordinate with vendors for system integration, and ensure smooth MES implementation and troubleshooting. Manage project deliverables, system improvements, and support manufacturing process efficiency.

Experience:

4–8 years in MES / Manufacturing IT support.
CTC-15 LPA

Roles / Responsibilities:

Support and manage  Manufacturing Execution System (MES)  operations in the production environment.
Understand  business and production requirements  and convert them into MES system solutions.
Coordinate with  vendors and internal teams  for machine integration and system upgrades.
Monitor  production process flow  and ensure smooth MES functionality on the shop floor.
Troubleshoot  MES application issues, system errors, and integration problems .
Manage  project schedules, deliverables, and system improvements .
Support  PLC, SCADA, barcode scanners, and shop floor devices  integration with MES.
Work with  manufacturing teams to improve process efficiency and system performance .
Prepare  documentation, reports, and troubleshooting guides  for MES operations.
Lead and guide team members and ensure timely project delivery.
