Executive, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Production Manager

A  Production Supervisor  or  Team Lead  is needed to manage the implementation of company policies and maintain discipline within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the team adheres to high standards and achieves all departmental objectives and targets.
A key part of the job is ensuring preparedness for all emergency situations and responding according to the  Emergency Management Plan . This includes maintaining  zero avoidable EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) incidents .
Core responsibilities
also include the  receipt and verification of all raw and packing materials  for daily shift production. You will be in charge of the proper shifting and storage of all materials and finished goods to their designated areas with defined storage conditions. You must maintain all  reconciliation records  for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
You will be responsible for the online  updation of Batch Production and Control Records , and other logs related to daily shift activities. The role also requires you to manage all types of  work permits and job cards  during your shift.
You are expected to maintain equipment and the work area to high hygienic standards, following  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)  for housekeeping. You must immediately record and report any deviations or violations of standard parameters.
Finally, you will  allot work to subordinates and supervisors , ensuring compliance with  GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , and continuously working to improve the quality of products and processes. You will also be responsible for the timely review and submission of  GMP documents  to the Quality Assurance department and will train and guide your team for continuous quality improvement.
