2-6 years of experience in factory production development or sample development in home textiles.
Strong understanding of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and product development cycles.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage production schedules and timelines effectively.
Oversee sample development from initial designs to final approval.
Coordinate with factories to ensure sample accuracy and timely delivery.
Monitor production schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of bulk orders.
Conduct quality checks on samples and finished products, resolving any issues.
Communicate with factories on material specifications, timelines, and costing.
Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
