Location: Bārdoli
We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in pulp and paper technology to oversee production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality paper products and maintain smooth workflow across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards for various grades of paper.
Optimize resources, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
Train, guide, and supervise production staff for skill development.
Maintain production records and prepare periodic performance reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
Experience:
5 – 10 years in paper manufacturing.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of production planning, machinery, and quality control processes.
