Technical Manager

Location: Sānand

LOCATION:

Sanand, Ahmedabad
JOB ROLE :
Responsible for managing daily operations of machine and printing processes, ensuring machine efficiency, production planning, team coordination and technical alignment with the parent company.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of daily operations related to digital printing and associated processing machines.
Ensure all printing and related equipment are properly maintained and functioning at optimal performance levels.
Plan and manage production activities efficiently to meet quality and delivery targets.
Supervise and coordinate the daily work of 2–4 operators involved in machine handling and production processes.
Monitor production performance and prepare reports on output, process deviations, and machine observations.
Coordinate with the technical team regarding:
-Printing graphic files and artwork management (Photoshop)
-Process improvements and technical enhancements
-Machine troubleshooting and diagnostics
-Preventive and corrective maintenance interventions

QUALIFICATION:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electrical.

EXPERIENCE:

–7 years of hands-on experience in digital printing machines - ceramic printers.
DESIRABLE SKILL SETS:
Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Mandatory:
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and hydraulics for maintenance
Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams (preferred)
Good written and spoken English
