Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve packaging designs for new and existing products.
Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, packaging trials, and testing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, and Manufacturing teams.
Manage packaging specifications, documentation, and change controls.
Lead sustainable packaging initiatives and cost-optimization projects.
Support new product launches and troubleshoot packaging issues during production.
