Executive - Packaging Technology

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Job Description

Ensure timely preparation of artworks for printed packaging materials for successful launches and product life cycle management.
Timely generation of mock-ups to be submitted to authorities according to relevant guidelines
Ensure all the printed packaging material artworks are prepared as per the Orion's design guidelines
Coordinate packaging material development activities internal teams & external parties according to instructions
Serve as Orion´s packaging technology professional contact for Indian as well as overseas partners (suppliers)
Guide & plan (packaging expert role) packaging material development strategies in Orion's generic processes & maintenance with the team in India
Ensure and maintain mock ups / artworks / print proofs at the specified area on the server / systems
Needs to handle different product lifecycle management tools / systems (eg: SAP, Artwork Management System, Proof reading systems etc.)
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Primary Skills (essential)

5 to 8 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging Technology, preferably for EU / US markets
Knowledge of packaging material handling in SAP
Knowledge of EU requirements, serialization and ICH guidelines would be preferred
Preferred to have an experience in different product lifecycle management tools / systems
Experience in coordinating with different domestic & overseas suppliers
Task oriented with learning attitude and Team work skills
Good English communication skills (both verbal & written)

Education

Bachelor degree from a reputed College/University
PG Diploma in Packaging Technology from reputed institute (IIP / SIES etc.) is must.
