Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely availability of raw materials
Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress), actual production output, and machine performance
Track planned vs. actual production and support corrective action implementation
Maintain production trackers
Prepare and share MIS/reports such as OEE, OTIF, WIP, and machine utilization
Participate in daily production review meetings and update planning status
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery in alignment with customer schedules
Support 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
Experience:
Prior experience in PPC / Production Planning in a manufacturing environment preferred
