Position: Opportunity For Operation / Plant Head
Location: Rājkot

Team Handling
Lead and manage a team of shop floor employees across multiple shifts.
Allocate manpower efficiently to ensure smooth production operations.
Motivate and guide the team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Production & Inventory Management
Monitor and control shift operations to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Plan and coordinate material availability and inventory control to avoid production delays.
Ensure raw material handling, allocation, and consumption are optimized.
Production Planning & Supervision
Prepare and execute daily production plans in coordination with the planning department.
Supervise production activities, ensuring alignment with quality and efficiency standards.
Utilize SAP (PP Module) for production order tracking, material consumption, and reporting.
Productivity Improvement
Implement cycle time reduction initiatives to enhance throughput and machine utilization.
Conduct root cause analysis to reduce rejection and improve first-pass yield.
Promote and implement continuous improvement practices such as Kaizen.
System & Documentation
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of ISO documents, daily reports, and other production records.
Maintain 5S and safety standards across the shop floor.
Participate in audits and compliance checks for ISO, safety, and quality systems.
Cost Control & Operational Excellence
Identify and implement cost-saving measures in materials, manpower, and process.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and minimize process deviations.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments for preventive actions and downtime reduction
