Product Lead - Footwear

Location: Bahadurgarh

We are currently looking for Product Lead who can perform several important roles within our organization. You will be responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into our company.

Responsibilities:
Own Product development & commercialization of entire footwear category. End to end ownership from product
conceptualization till Product fit trial/SOP sign off
Responsible for all shoe related activities & developments like fabric, sole, mold, last, die etc
Oversee pattern making & optimize aesthetic, shape, fit & RM consumption of all designs
Own costing of every development with automated templates
Create & manage an exhaustive library with regular updates on all kind of RM available in India
Develop & coordinate with all T2 Raw material suppliers for timely deliveries of RMs
Present the range every month/quarter as per target. Also responsible for conversion of samples to Pos (commercialization)

Requirement:
10 years + experience in Category, Product design & development
Strong technical knowledge in shoe making, pattern making & choice of material & operations.
Deep understanding of shoe trend and customer behaviour.
Experience in Sports shoe industry is a must.
Strong user of excel trackers or other task management app.
