Position: TM - MFG (BH & FUR - F6)
Location: Bhiwadi

Ø Batch Preparation & Operation

Operate automated batch plant systems to prepare glass batches as per production schedule.
Ensure correct proportions of raw materials based on formulation and SOPs.
Monitor batching sequence and timing for materials like sand, soda ash, dolomite, etc.

Ø Material Handling & Inventory

Check availability of raw materials in bins and coordinate with stores for replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of material consumption and batch production.

Ø Process Monitoring & Control

Monitor plant parameters (weight, timing, sequence) and adjust settings as needed.
Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions.

Ø Quality Assurance

Ensure batches meet required specifications for glass production.
Coordinate with Quality Control for sampling and corrective actions.

Ø Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety protocols during material handling and plant operation.
Maintain housekeeping and comply with environmental regulations.

Ø Reporting & Documentation

Log batch data, downtime, and maintenance activities in system records.
Report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
