Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Extrusion Operator at Tilara Polyplast's Rajkot facility. The Extrusion Operator will monitor and operate extrusion machinery, ensure production goals are met, and maintain quality standards by conducting inspections and tests. Responsibilities include preparing machines for operation, monitoring metrics during production, addressing malfunctions, and collaborating with the production and quality teams as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Machine Operation and Extrusion processes.

Experience with Quality Control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
Skill in working with Hand Tools for equipment adjustments and maintenance.
Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and production specifications.
Prior experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in relevant fields is preferred.
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail in operational processes.
