Knowledge of manufacturing process:
Sheet metal, Welding, Casting, Forging, Machining, Assembly Operations of Fuel and CNG Parts & their Process related controls.

Nature of Work :
New product Development Inspection, testing & complete evaluation Vendor process stabilization for consistent quality for
CNG System parts - CNG Cylinder, CNG Valve, CNG Regulator, CNG Pipes
Fuel System parts - Fuel Tank, Fuel Filter, Fuel Pipes, Fuel Pump
Line parts quality concern analysis & countermeasure implementation
Industry preference:
Automobile Industry
(4 wheeler / LCV / 2-Wheeler / Reputed Tier-1/2 Companies, Non-MSIL Vendor)

KRAs:
Development (Inspection & Evaluation) of Quality parts
Line parts quality concern analysis & countermeasure implementation
New Initiative for Quality part Development ( defect free parts development)
Capability & skill development

Competencies/

Skills:

In depth knowledge of Fuel and CNG Parts (Functioning, Key performance parameters)
Good knowledge of the Production Process for these parts (Including Quality controls)
Hands on skill for quality evaluation of these parts including inspection instruments / gauges
Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of such parts.
Knowledge and practical application of Quality Control Tools like SPC, Six Sigma etc
Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc).
Hands on experience on UG / CAD / SCAD.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in lean, multi-tasking environment.
Ability to handle the part & situation independently

Other Requirements:
Computer environment proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentation and its data retrieval.
Openness & positive attitude to work in team
Leadership Quality

Must Have:
Hands on Exp with Fuel and CNG System part
Having the process Knowledge of Casting, Forging and Machining and Heat Treatment Process awareness.
Assembly Process control, like End of line, Performance test, Leak testing Etc.
Have knowledge of Stamping and Blanking of Sheet metal and Welding process
