Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day plant operations.
Ensure safe and efficient material handling.
Coordinate with office teams for inventory management.
Train and manage factory staff.
Report operational metrics to management.
Improve process efficiency in the factory. Experience in recycling, waste management, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
