Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets. Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities. Coaches and mentors team members. Identifies training needs; develops and implements training plans.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

- Should have strong machining and analytical skills and especially related with Block machining.
Sound knowledge of tool room and tool crib processes
Able to handle span of 50 employees
Strong communication skills
