Assistant Manager - Production

Location: Tārāpur

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Execution
Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards and cost targets.
Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to maintain optimal output and efficiency.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
Regularly review and update safety protocols and practices to promote a safe working environment.
Employee Development
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team.
Budget Management
Develop annual and long-term operating budgets for the production department.
Conduct monthly financial analysis to ensure budgets are met and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Continuous Improvement
Lead the implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with relevant departments to improve operational coordination and effectiveness.
Quality Control
Develop and maintain quality control systems to promptly identify and resolve production issues.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Reporting and Coordination
Prepare detailed production reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operational coordination.
Education

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
