Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new Namkeen snack products from concept to commercialization.
Conduct research on ingredients, processing methods, and packaging to enhance product quality and shelf life.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish product specifications and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of food technologists and researchers, fostering innovation.
Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for new products or product improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and production for successful product launches.
Prepare and manage the R&D budget efficiently.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
