Store Assistant & Store Executive – Manufacturing Industry

Location: Pathānkot

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all materials and inventory items
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
Store Operations
Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials
Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of hazardous chemicals as per regulatory standards
Coordinate with production and procurement teams for inventory planning
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety protocols for handling and storing chemicals
Ensure compliance with MSDS, labeling, storage, and statutory norms
Inspect storage facilities regularly for safety and quality standards
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update inventory management systems
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports
Handle documentation for goods received, issued, and inter-departmental transfers
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and spare parts
Liaise with logistics teams for smooth transportation and dispatch
Team Supervision
Lead and train store personnel on inventory management and safety practices
Assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations
